We use UPS ground as our standard shipping method. Overnight, 2nd day service and 3 day select are also available. UPS Saturday delivery is available upon request. UPS does not deliver on Sunday. There is an additional $5 charge to ship to APO-FBO boxes. All awards are insured against loss and damage during shipping at no extra cost to you.  All orders are usually processed by the next business day, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. Rush shipping options available for those in need. We also ship FedEx using your FedEx account number.  There is $5.00 fee for FedEx shipments. Multiple drop ships are charged $4.00 per location.

West Art does accept returns. If you receive an order that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately. All problems must be reported within 48 hours.  Please retain all original packaging until UPS claims has been notified. Returns are accepted only with authorization and return number. Custom pieces are not returnable. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 2 weeks of receiving the return notice. Each case differentiates upon the given circumstances. We will do everything possible to correct the situation to your satisfaction.
